1. general
These terms and conditions form the basis of all contracts concluded with us. Amendments or supplements shall only be effective if we expressly acknowledge them in writing.
2. service
ordnungsfee.ch brings order to your apartment/house. Kitchens, cupboards, shelves etc. are cleared out, decluttered and sensibly rearranged. If appropriate, baskets and boxes etc. will be used.
The shelves that have been cleared out are cleaned. However, the main activity is not cleaning, but creating order.
Electrical appliances (e.g. oven, microwave and steamer) are not cleaned by ordnungsfee.ch.
3. responsibilities of the client
The order can either be carried out by ordnungsfee.ch alone or together with the client.
The client is obliged to provide ordnungsfee.ch with useful information during the execution of the work. In the event of a breach of the obligation to cooperate, ordnungsfee .ch is entitled to withdraw from the contract.
The client shall provide the necessary cleaning equipment, suitable cleaning agents and required utensils such as rags and cloths etc. free of charge.
The disposal of goods that are no longer required is generally the responsibility of the client.
If ordnungsfee.ch is confronted with dangerous goods (e.g. rat poison, alkalis, acids, very sharp objects, etc.), it must be informed in advance. The necessary precautionary measures will then be discussed accordingly. ordnungsfee. ch reserves the right to refuse orders that are too dangerous.
4. duty of care
ordnungsfee.ch undertakes to proceed with due care in the execution of the order.
5. conclusion of contract
The client receives a questionnaire, a contract in duplicate and the GTCs from ordnungsfee.ch. The questionnaire and the contract shall be completed, signed and returned to ordnungsfee.ch by the Client before the start of the assignment.
6. prices
Labor, travel and materials are charged and shown separately on the invoice. ordnungsfee.ch is currently classified as a small business, which is why no VAT has to be shown for the services.
a) Work
The work is invoiced to the nearest 15 minutes. The time during which ordnungsfee.ch is present in the client's home is considered working time.
ordnungsfee.ch is entitled to a 15-minute break for work lasting more than three hours at a time. The break counts as working time and will be charged to the client.
b) Travel
A flat rate per hour will be charged for the journey (incl. working time, vehicle costs, etc.). ordnungsfee.ch undertakes to start the journey to the place of assignment on time. In the event of unforeseeable hindrances (e.g. traffic jams due to an accident), late arrival shall not entitle the customer to compensation.
c) Material
The material for creating order (e.g. boxes, baskets) is used in consultation with the client. The prices must be openly communicated by ordnungsfee. ch at all times. Frequently used and easily accessible material is organized by ordnungsfee .ch. ordnungsfee.ch reserves the right to have large products (e.g. racks) procured by the client themselves.
7. payment
All payments are to be made to the ordnungsfee.ch account listed on the invoice. The payment period is 30 days from the invoice date.
10. guarantee
If the client is not satisfied with the order after the services have been provided, he is entitled to two hours of free warranty service (including one hour of travel costs). The claim must be made in writing within two weeks of the service being provided and must be substantiated in detail. There is no entitlement to a guarantee for plastering work.
11. place of jurisdiction
For disputes that cannot be settled amicably: Swiss law shall apply. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
